Planning granted for 1 no. 7 bed dwelling with associated parking (see S.Glos planning ref P98/2112). The planning permission referred to was commenced within the period specified in Condition 1 of the planning permission. Condition 2 was not complied with but the time for taking enforcement against that breach of planning control has now expired. We are informed that Conditions 3 & 4 have a continuing effect but do not prevent the completion of the development. Accordingly, no enforcement action can be taken if the replacement dwelling and detached garage are completed.
